Shipping

Local (Singapore) Delivery 

1) How long will it take for local delivery within Singapore?

Because our products are handcrafted, we make them in small batches before shipping them out. However please allow for delays during festive periods or sales due to an increase in orders. In general, please allow 3 - 5 days for products to be made. You will receive a notification along with your tracking details when your package has been sent out.

Your products will be delivered to you within 1 - 2 working days after being sent out. If urgent, please contact us prior to placing the order.

2) Do you offer free delivery within Singapore?

For orders above $50, we offer free delivery within Singapore. For orders below $50, there is nominal fee of $4.

 

International Shipping

1) Who do you use as your International Shipping Courier and why?

We use DHL express for all international shipments.

As all our products are handmade, natural and free of preservatives, our aim is to get your products shipped to you as soon as possible.

This is to maintain the integrity of the product and also so that you get your products as fresh as possible.

2) How long will it take for my products to arrive?

Because our products are handcrafted, we make them in small batches before shipping them out. However please allow for delays during festive periods or sales due to an increase in orders. In general, please allow 3 - 5 days for products to be made. You will receive a notification along with your tracking details when your package has been sent out.

Shipping will generally take 2 to 7 days - depending on where the items are being sent to. This will also be estimated on the DHL tracking website.

3) What are the conditions for the "flat rate SGD$15 International shipping" promotion and when is this promotion valid until?

We are currently offering a SGD $15 flat rate International shipping promotion for packages up to the maximum weight of 1.5kg (3.3 lbs). 

For orders above 1.5kg, it will be charged at an additional SGD $10/kg.

 4) Do you ship to me?

 

If your country is not listed in the drop down list at checkout and you would like to purchase our products, please send us a message through our "Contact Us" page and we will try and work a solution out.

 

Refunds

Refunds will only be offered (on a case by case basis) for products that are received damaged or not in its intended form. We will need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt along with photos of the damaged product(s). Please send us an email here.
